Dr. Chinny Nzekwe-Excel is an Associate Professor at Birmingham City University. She is the Academic Lead for Enterprise, Engagement, and STEAM. With expertise in Corporate Partnerships and Capacity-Building Initiatives, Chinny contributes to several academic networks, strategic developments & internationalisation initiatives. Dr.Chinny has strategic involvements with wider & global higher education platforms. Dr.Chinny is a member of Professional bodies in the fields of Educational Policy Studies, Applied Economics; Business Analysis; Built Environment, Project & Asset Management; Innovations in Education and Teaching Engineering, Design and Technology. She serves as a Co-editor and Reviewer for several peer-reviewed academic journals and educational networks. Furthermore, Chinny has written over 60 peer-reviewed individual and collaborative publications disseminated in leading academic journal articles and conference papers/ scholarly networks, and books/book chapters, which have continued to gain wide attentions, international recognitions/ awards including the Highly Commended Emeralds Literati Networks award; research grants/project bids-involvements; keynote/ guest speaker & conference co-chair engagements; and lead guest editor for journal’s special issue.
